Peru Nativity, another gift from Dale and Shelly Heward. Shelly's Uncle Nichols has a non-profit called Hope Projects. This is a quote from his website:
"Our approach is holistic. We transform lives. Rather then fix problems temporarily, we empower the people of Andean villages to change for good."
Dale and Shelly have had several opportunities to go with Shelly's uncle to help these people. They have erected buildings, planted gardens, taught many skills, and so much more. Samuel and I had the opportunity to help by donation to build a medical facility. Dale and Shelly got to go and do. On one of those trips they brought back this nativity.
