This small set is from the Czech Republic which no longer exists. The larger set is from Slovakia. The larger one came with a certificate stating that it won a prize in some kind of contest. I believe the country they are both from is now known as Slovakia.
The top set: Donated to the Mesa Temple Visitors' Center Collection.
Bottom set: (10.B999.R05.)
